37 years in Business I have always been interested in Value. Managing Sales and Customer Accounts to Managing high performing teams in Engineering, Sales, Supply chain and Procurement – delivering Value has always been my mantra.
Four and a half years Masters Research led to a 170 page Thesis on determining Value Characteristics of key suppliers. The question it helped answer across 2 countries was how do you determine that a supplier has a propensity to delivery value when you have never had a relationship with them. Well a 6 Factor Correlation enables this.
